Consent to Participate: Required of all those in the Youth Group to fill out yearly.
Field Trip Form: Required for Youth to participate in any activity away from St. James.
Driver Form: Required for all adults driving participants to and from all activities away from St. James.
 

The God Squad is the name that our Youth Group has taken on since 2019. The grades for teens in our group range from 8th graders to 12th graders. We meet for activities twice per month on the first and third Wednesday's of each month (unless otherwise noted in the calendar!). Every time we meet we try to blend fun activities with faith-embedded discussion and thought. 
When we are not meeting physically, members put their faith into action with daily and weekly challenges related to a wide range of Catholic topics (going to confession, meeting new people, researching the saints/church history, holy deeds, etc...). There is also an expectation that our teens will do a daily good deed and take ten minutes in silence each day to pray. We hope that as we work on these things, we will form holy habits that will carry forward to adulthood.
Ultimately, we hope that joining our youth group will allow Catholic teens to meet and cement positive relationships with other teens united in faith. Along the way, they will have some fun, gain a sense of belonging, support one another, and be able to discuss interesting topics related to living as disciples of Jesus Christ.
